Shipping And Handling
- Free standard UK delivery on orders over £30.
- We currently only accept orders from UK.
- Orders are handled by Evri.
Delivery Schedule
Orders are only processed Monday through to Friday.
If you would like to add a comment about your order, please write it in the notes field on the checkout page.
Subject to stock availability and receipt of payment, non local orders will be processed within 2 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery door to door. Orders received over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Items which we have in stock will be shipped from our business in Islington, London via a standard ground service to arrive within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. Should you wish to receive your item via an express service please contact us info@barksandwiggles.co.uk for a quote.
We endeavour to have all displayed items in stock at all times, however due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be a delay in updating our website. Should an item you have ordered not be in stock, you will be contacted by our online team. Items which are not in stock may soon become available, however if you do not wish to wait we will offer you your choice of another product or a full refund.
Refund Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges and Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@barksandwiggles.co.uk.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Please note £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@barksandwiggles.co.uk.
